Didici Summer Academy Enrollment
Program Enrollment
- • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- • Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
- • Each child must be enrolled separately with their own registration.
- • Grade level eligibility is based on Fall 2026 grade placement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- • 100% refund: Cancellations made 30+ days before program start (before May 16, 2026), minus $0 processing fee.
- • 50% refund: Cancellations made 14-29 days before program start (May 17 - June 1, 2026).
- • No refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before program start (after June 1, 2026) or after program begins.
- • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation request.
- • To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with enrollment details.
Attendance & Schedule
- • Program runs Monday-Friday during selected weeks (see holiday schedule).
- • No make-up days or refunds for absences.
- • Didici reserves the right to cancel weeks due to insufficient enrollment with full refund.
Health & Safety
- • Children must be healthy and symptom-free to attend.
- • Parents must notify staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
- • Emergency contact information must be current and accessible.
- • Didici follows all applicable health and safety regulations.
Behavior & Dismissal
- • Children are expected to follow program rules and respect staff and peers.
- • Didici reserves the right to dismiss a child for behavioral issues without refund.
- • Parents will be contacted if behavioral concerns arise.
Photo & Video Consent
- • Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes.
- • By enrolling, you consent to use of your child's image in Didici marketing materials.
- • Contact us if you wish to opt out of photo/video consent.
Liability
- • Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with participation.
- • Didici is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- • Didici maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the program.
Mobile Messaging Program
- • By opting into the Didici Academy mobile program, you will receive logistical updates, camp reminders, and billing notifications.
- • Message frequency varies.
- • Message and data rates may apply.
- • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (415) 309-1035. To get help, text HELP or email [email protected].
- • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to Terms
- • Didici reserves the right to modify these terms with notice to enrolled families.
- • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Pricing & Discounts
Payments
ACH and cash payments do not incur a processing fee.
Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.
After Hours (optional)
3–4pm: +$45 per full week.
3–5pm: +$90 per full week.
Holiday weeks are prorated. Only one option can be selected and applies to all selected weeks.

Week 3: Independence Day (Observed) (4 days)
Base tuition and After Hours are prorated for 4-day weeks.
Discounts
Early Bird: -$0 per full week when active (prorated for 4-day weeks).
Multi-week: -$200 off base tuition for all 8 weeks, or -$10 per full week for 4+ weeks (prorated).
Discounts apply to base tuition only and stack when active.
